Photography introduces us to people we would never meet, places we would never see. Ideally, by doing so, photography teaches us about ourselves.

I first started taking photos when I was about ten years old, with my grandfather's Minolta. I’ve been shooting ever since. My home base is Boston, Massachusetts, but my camera is by my side regardless of which country I find myself in, offering a glimpse of the people I meet and the lessons they teach.

We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
